1. Orders
1.1. When you place an order through our webshop, a purchase agreement is formed.
1.2. We strive to keep our webshop inventory as accurate as possible; however, our stock is subject to change. Therefore, we reserve the right to not fulfill the order if the stock level is incorrect or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
1.3. Freshcotton reserves the right to change product prices at any time.
1.4. If we are unable to deliver, we will contact you and offer the option to cancel the order, with a refund issued within 14 days. If the product becomes available for later delivery, a new delivery date will be offered. If this is not acceptable, you may cancel the order.
1.5. Freshcotton reserves the right to cancel orders at any time.
1.6. If payment is not completed, we will cancel the order.
2. Payment
2.1. We offer a wide range of payment methods, including:

- Klarna
2.2. Once your order is placed and paid for, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order.

3. Shipping & Returns
3.1. We use PostNL, DPD and DHL (for orders within the European Union) and UPS (for orders outside the EU) as our shipping partners. Shipping rates can be found on the Shipping & Returns page. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code to follow your shipment.
3.2. Customers with a billing and shipping address outside the EU are not required to pay VAT. Once confirmed, VAT will be excluded from your order during checkout.
3.3. We do not cover any customs fees or import taxes for orders shipped outside the European Union (EU). We are also not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered by the shipping carrier (PostNL, UPS, DPD, etc.) due to, for example, incorrect address input. We act solely as an intermediary between your order and the shipping carrier.
4. Delivery Status
4.1. Once your package reaches the sorting center of our shipping partner, you will receive a tracking code.
4.2. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or any faults of the shipping partner. Customers can select their preferred shipping partner and service. Any issues during delivery are the responsibility of the chosen shipping partner.
4.3. Upon receiving your shipment, please check the contents before signing for the delivery. Only sign for the package if the contents are correct. Freshcotton is not responsible for any damages caused by the courier service.
5. Product Quality and Defective Products
5.1. We take great care in photographing the products displayed on our webshop. If the product you received does not match the images or description on our webshop, you may return the product or contact our customer service via support@freshcotton.com.
5.2. Upon receiving the returned product, we will assess the claim. If approved, you will be notified. We will either send a replacement product (if available) and cover the return shipping costs, or refund you for both the product and the return shipping. We are not responsible for defects caused by not following the care instructions on the product label.
6. Return and Refund Policy
6.1. All sales and prices of products are final; we do not offer price matching or adjustments. Upon receiving the goods, you have the right to open the package and check if everything is as expected. You may only return the product using the return form if the product is unused, and all original packaging, price tags, and hangtags are intact. If you wish to return the product, it must be received by us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it is delivered to us. Always send returns with a tracking number. Freshcotton is not responsible for return shipments.
6.2. Return Policy Requirements: If the return does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. All original packaging that comes with the item, including accessories, authenticity cards, shoe boxes, and dust bags, must be returned in their original condition. We do not accept shoes returned without a box, with worn soles, or in a damaged box. These items will be returned to the customer without a refund.
6.3. Are you responsible for return shipping costs? Yes, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend shipping the return with a tracking number, as you are responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.
7. Exchanges
It is not possible to exchange items. In this case, my advice is to return the order to us and order the other product in advance. This is the fastest and easiest option.
8. Discount Codes
Discount codes are valid for three months and can be used for full or partial payment of your order at Freshcotton. Discount codes are not personal, and the three-month period begins from the moment the code is obtained or from the date an item is returned. These discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash. Once the discount code is used for a purchase in the webshop, it expires. Any remaining balance is also forfeited, so we recommend using the full amount.
9. Use of Our Content
9.1. All content on the Freshcotton website and webshop, including logos, photos, and videos, belongs to Freshcotton or our partners.
9.2. If you wish to use content from our website, such as images, blog posts, or other materials, please contact us at support@freshcotton.com.
